THE PREMISE

On the morning of the village fair in Bramble Hollow, the prize-winning blackberry pie of Hazel, a proud hedgehog baker, vanishes from her shop window. Everyone is a suspect: the badger who has lost the baking contest five years running, the twin mice who run the rival tea room, and the mayor, a toad with a famous sweet tooth. Hazel has until the judging at noon to follow a trail of crumbs through the village, find the thief and bake a new pie.
